Transport yourself to the bustling streets of Osaka with our takoyaki—arguably Japan's most beloved street food. These golden spheres are made fresh in our custom cast iron pans, achieving the perfect contrast between a crispy exterior and a molten, creamy interior.

At the heart of each ball is a tender piece of octopus, surrounded by a batter enriched with dashi stock and studded with pickled ginger and green onions. The magic happens as they cook, developing a slight crust while remaining wonderfully custardy inside.

We finish each serving with a generous drizzle of our house takoyaki sauce (a sweet and savory blend similar to Worcestershire), creamy Kewpie mayo, a shower of dancing bonito flakes, and a dusting of aonori seaweed. Watch the bonito flakes dance from the heat—it's dinner and a show!
